Want an opportunity to get in front of community college marketing and communications professionals from all over California? CCPRO, a professional development organization dating back more than four decades, can give you just that opportunity.
The annual CCPRO conference is a gathering of marketing, communications, public relations, government relations, graphic design, web design, social media, and sports information professionals from across California’s 116 community colleges. These professionals are always looking for new products, services, and solutions, and this is your chance to show them how you can make their jobs easier and more efficient!
Fresh off a 2026 conference that saw record-high attendance, the 2027 conference will be held in beautiful Monterey. Although the venue is new, we will continue to offer the same outstanding networking opportunities, including a dedicated sponsor hour in which attendees are urged to visit sponsors to fill out a “bingo” card that will be entered into a drawing. We value our sponsors and look for every opportunity to ensure that you have the face-to-face time that you need.
Please review the sponsorship levels below to determine which one best meets your marketing objectives.
Premiere Sponsorship
$6,000 (four available)
The Premiere sponsors are the standout of the conference. Your name is continually linked to the conference and to all attendees.
Benefits Include:
- Two complimentary conference registrations, including all meals and activities (additional conference passes may be purchased separately. Book early and take advantage of the Early Bird rate)*
- Full-page advertisement (provided by sponsor) in the conference program
- 10-minute speaking opportunity at one of the following (first request submitted gets the first choice). Your presentation time may include a promotional video/digital presentation (please inform the conference chair if audio/visual will be needed):
- Opening/Welcome address with CCPRO President and Vice President on Wednesday afternoon.
- Thursday breakfast
- Lunchtime on Thursday prior to the keynote speaker.
- Awards Banquet opening on Thursday evening with CCPRO President.
- Premium exhibit space in or around the sponsor area and/or conference hall. Table placement and selection are at the discretion of CCPRO in accordance with hotel rules and fire code mandates.
- Opportunity to co-present one workshop with a CCPRO member (membership must be current at the time of presentation) at a session during the conference. (Session content must be community college- or education-related and must be approved by the CCPRO Board). Sponsors are limited to one presentation during the conference to ensure we give everyone who wants to present an equitable opportunity.
- Membership attendee list 2 weeks prior to conference start and final attendee list 1 week after conference end with email, phone, and address information.
Platinum Sponsor
$4,500 (four available)
Platinum benefits include:
- Two complimentary conference registrations, including all meals and activities (additional conference passes may be purchased separately. Book early and take advantage of the Early Bird rate)*
- Full-page advertisement (provided by sponsor) in the conference program.
- Superior exhibit space in the sponsor area. Table placement and selection are at the discretion of CCPRO in accordance with hotel rules and fire code mandates.
- Opportunity to co-present one workshop with a CCPRO member (membership must be current at the time of presentation) at a session during the conference. (Session content must be community college- or education-related and must be approved by the CCPRO Board). Gold Sponsor

Gold benefits include:
- One complimentary conference registration, including all meals, Pro-Awards dinner and reception, and activities (additional conference passes may be purchased separately. Book early and take advantage of the Early Bird rate)*
- Half-page advertisement (provided by sponsor) in the conference program.
- Exhibit space in the sponsor area. Table placement and selection are at the discretion of CCPRO in accordance with hotel rules and fire code mandates.
- Opportunity to provide a 5-minute presentation as part of CCPRO’s inaugural Sponsor Innovation Showcase, a special general session on the main stage featuring Gold Sponsors. (Session content must be community college- or education-related and must be approved by the CCPRO Board).
- Membership attendee list 2 weeks prior to conference start and final attendee list 1 week after conference end with email, phone, and address information.
Silver Sponsor
$2,200 (four available)
Silver benefits include:
- Two complimentary tickets to the Pro-Awards dinner and reception (full conference passes may be purchased separately. Book early and take advantage of the Early Bird rate)*
- Half-page advertisement (provided by sponsor) in the conference program
- Exhibit space in the sponsor area. Table placement and selection are at the discretion of CCPRO in accordance with hotel rules and fire code mandates.

Bronze Sponsor
$1,700 (four available)
Bronze benefits include:
- Exhibit space in the sponsor area. Table placement and selection are at the discretion of CCPRO in accordance with hotel rules and fire code mandates.
- Membership attendee list 2 weeks prior to conference start and final attendee list 1 week after conference end with email, phone, and address information.
- Name and logo included in the conference program
- Conference sponsor liaison to help provide an excellent conference experience

- Name Tag Lanyard with CCPRO Logo and Sponsor Logo: $600
- Sponsorship of the Sponsor Hour’s Coffee & Cookie/Snack Bar: $600
* As sponsors, if you have members who choose not to attend any breakout sessions or other functions of the conference other than being in the sponsor area, we can offer you a meal-only package of $225.
Limitations of responsibilities
CCPRO is not responsible for costs incurred by sponsors to allow participation in the annual conference. This includes but is not limited to travel, meals (except noted as above), conference registration, lodging, parking fees, shipping costs, or damages to materials.

About the Annual Conference
The CCPRO Conference typically draws more than 130 attendees from across the state for three days of speakers, educational sessions, and peer presentations on best practices and new developments in marketing and public relations within the community college system. One of the many highlights of the conference is the awards dinner in which the best work of California’s community college marketers during the past year is honored.
Opportunities for vendors (depending on sponsorship level) include premium exhibit location, short speaking opportunities in front of all registrants, co-presentations with CCPRO members, sponsorship of specific events and activities, ads in our conference program, and a membership list, among other benefits.
