  • Sponsorship of the Sponsor Hour’s Coffee & Cookie/Snack Bar: $500

* As sponsors, if you have members who choose not to attend any breakout sessions or other functions of the conference other than being in the sponsor area, we can offer you a meal-only package of $200.

Limitations of responsibilities 

CCPRO is not responsible for costs incurred by sponsors to allow participation in the annual conference. This includes but is not limited to travel, meals (except noted as above), conference registration, lodging, parking fees, shipping costs, or damages to materials. 

About the Annual Conference 

The CCPRO Conference typically draws more than 130 attendees from across the state for three days of speakers, educational sessions, and peer presentations on best practices and new developments in marketing and public relations within the community college system. One of the many highlights of the conference is the awards dinner in which the best work of California’s community college marketers during the past year is honored.

Opportunities for vendors (depending on sponsorship level) include premium exhibit location, short speaking opportunities in front of all registrants, co-presentations with CCPRO members, sponsorship of specific events and activities, ads in our conference program, and a membership list, among other benefits.
