2020 CCPRO Conference Sponsorship

CCPRO encourages vendors who offer products and services to community colleges to sponsor the 2020 CCPRO conference from April 15-17 in South Lake Tahoe, CA. This is your chance to interact with 80 to 90 community college marketers from all over California.

For the 2020 conference, sponsor tables will be in a lobby outside the main ballroom being used for the conference, providing many opportunities for attendees to visit the sponsor booths. A sponsor hour will also be built into the conference program, with attendees being urged to visit sponsors to fill out a card that will be entered into an opportunity drawing.

Please review the sponsorship levels below to determine which one will best meet your marketing objectives.


Lead Sponsor – $5,000 (one available)

The lead sponsor is the standout of the conference. Your name is continually linked to the conference and to all attendees. Benefits include all listed in lower levels, plus:

  • Exclusivity as the lead sponsor
  • Speaking opportunity during opening and closing sessions of the conference.


Platinum Sponsor – $3,500 (two available)

Benefits include all listed in lower levels, plus:

  • Full-page advertisement (provided by sponsor) in the conference program
  • Two complimentary conference registrations, including all meals and activities
  • Ability to place promotional materials in conference program
  • Premium exhibit space in the sponsor area
  • Opportunity to air 15-30 second promotional video at opening or closing of the conference
  • Speaking opportunity during the opening or closing session of the conference


Gold Sponsor – $2,500

Benefits include all listed in lower levels, plus:

  • Half-page advertisement (provided by sponsor) in the CCPRO program
  • Opportunity to present a one-hour community college or education-related workshop with a CCPRO member at a session during the conference. (Session content must be approved by the CCPRO board.)
  • One complimentary conference registration, including all meals and activities.


Silver Sponsor – $1,500

Silver sponsors receive all of the benefits of the general sponsor level, plus:

  • Quarter-page advertisement (provided by sponsor) in the conference program
  • Two tickets to the Pro Awards reception and dinner held Thursday, April 14, 2020.
  • Contact information for all conference attendees


General Sponsor – $1,000

General sponsors will join other sponsors to exhibit in the conference area, with the opportunities to engage with conference attendees about their products and services. Benefits include:

  • Exhibit space in the conference area
  • Name and logo included in the conference program
  • Conference sponsor liaison to help provide an excellent conference experience
  • Acknowledgement in opening and closing sessions
  • Printed list of conference registrants
  • Option to purchase conference registration ($500) or meal package ($200)
